Hirehoot is supporting a fast-growing AI-powered talent platform in hiring their Founding Head of Growth — a critical leadership role responsible for owning and scaling the entire B2C growth engine.You will lead candidate acquisition globally, define the full growth and marketing machine, and build a high-performing team from the ground up. What you will do
- Own candidate acquisition and build the end-to-end B2C growth strategy.
- Lead media buying, channel testing, performance marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Set up and optimise growth funnels across paid, organic, referral, and lifecycle.
- Build and lead a small, world-class growth team to support rapid scale.
- Partner closely with Product and Data to drive insights and accelerate experimentation.
Who you are
- Deep experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful B2C or B2C2B growth.
- Highly analytical, with hands-on experience in paid acquisition and growth experimentation.
- Thrives in early-stage environments (<100 employees) experiencing rapid scale.
- Strategic thinker who moves fast, iterates quickly, and executes with precision.
- Comfortable leading both strategy and hands-on execution.
