Paragon Studio is a market-leading luxury brand supplying sustainable, design-led fitness equipment to discerning clients and world-class hotels across the globe. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Junior Operations Manager to join our London team.

This role sits at the heart of our engine room. You’ll be involved end-to-end across supplier management, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and fulfilment — helping us deliver a seamless, world-class experience to every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations across supply chain, fulfilment, inventory, and global logistics

• Ensure swift, cost-effective delivery to UK and international clients with exceptional service

• Build strong relationships with warehouse and shipping partners to streamline distribution

• Optimise inventory availability and stock accuracy across the business

• Navigate freight partners, customs, tariffs, and compliance to ensure smooth, timely deliveries

• Act as the operational link between production, sales, and third-party logistics partners

• Support product compliance (GPSR, FSC, plastic tax and international standards)

• Develop and track operational KPIs that drive continuous improvement

• Take an active, hands-on role in solving challenges and elevating processes

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain within a product-focused business

• Strong understanding of production and inventory management

• Experience handling international fulfilment, exports, and compliance

• Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges

• Passion for quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence

• Highly organised, detail-driven, and process-oriented

• Confident with Excel, CRM systems, and supply chain tools

• Background in a scaling or SME environment (bonus: homewares/lifestyle/luxury products)
