We've advised a consortium of institutional investors and bank lenders, including Goldman Sachs as the arranger and placement agent, on an EUR332 million financing package for Valencia Club de Fútbol to support the redevelopment of its stadium, the Nou Mestalla. The funding is secured by stadium revenues through a new Spanish securitisation fund, and approved by Spain's National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). Upon completion, the Nou Mestalla will meet FIFA's highest stadium classification and offer a capacity of over 70,000 and offer a wide range of leisure, hospitality, and dining options to boost year-round revenue.
