👩💼 Today is Women’s Equality Day, the day women in the United States achieved the right to vote in 1920. 🗳️ 🙋♀️ 🇺🇸 We celebrate this historic day with our women’s business resource group, Rise Up With AAA, and recognize the ongoing contributions made every day by the women in our workforce, at every level.

✨🌊 Our Inclusion Days continued today with a special keynote address. The event was held in person and livestreamed across the organization. Author, thought leader, and coach Jennifer Brown spoke at our second day of “Tides of Trust: Navigating Identity, Belonging, and Collective Empowerment.” 💡🔍Through her own experiences, Jennifer challenged us to look closer at our assumptions about ourselves, about leaders, and about others. 🤝🫂Her call to action was clear: inclusion isn’t passive. It’s built when each of us takes meaningful steps to create workplaces and communities where everyone belongs. #JenniferBrownSpeaks

✨🌊 Today we launched day one of Inclusion Days with a powerful virtual panel discussion: Tides of Trust: Navigating Identity, Belonging, and Collective Empowerment. 🫂The panel brought together members of our executive team and employees from our Business Resource Groups and centered around “covering”, intentionally hiding things about yourself for fear of not being accepted. 💞 🤝The message was clear: when people feel they belong, they don’t have to spend energy hiding. They can use that energy to create, lead, and thrive. And that’s when organizations win too!

🙋♀️ 🙋 Our volunteers from the Claims team helped make a difference for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & the Inland Empire. On July 18 and 19, a total of close to 30 volunteers gathered at the Orange County Fairgrounds for a festival and assisted with handing out 4-oz cups to visitors. 😄 Festival organizers donated to the charity for every volunteer who signed up to help that weekend. It was a great two days! Thank you, Claims volunteers! 💓

🚲 With eBikes on the rise, our Public Affairs team added an eBike safety component to a recent Dare to Prepare workshop in Huntington Beach, CA. 📚 Teens and parents packed the Huntington Beach Public Library to hear from Assemblymember Diane Dixon, HBPD Sgt. Gerrit DeJong, SAFE’s Damien and Kylea-Rose Kevitt, and our own traffic safety experts. 🚦 They shared must-know safety tips for both eBike riders and new drivers. 👏

🎉 We are pleased to announce the opening of our new Albuquerque East branch in Uptown Albuquerque, NM! 🎀 ✂️ We held a ribbon-cutting ceremony that was attended by employees, members of our executive team, and City Council members and representatives from the Rio Rancho Chamber of Commerce, who all helped us celebrate with festivities and food. 🏅 Our incredible employee team members have already hit the ground running in this upgraded, modern office, with expert Travel Specialists, dedicated Membership staff, trusted Insurance professionals, and knowledgeable Life Agents providing the legendary service we’re known for. 🙋 💁♂️

🌱 As part of our Corporate Sustainability Program, we’re proud to partner with the Arbor Day Foundation to restore forests in areas hit hardest by wildfires, flooding, and climate change. 💚 In Louisiana, we sponsored the planting of 1,000 longleaf pine saplings, reviving one of the most biologically diverse ecosystems in North America. 🌳🌎 It's just one way we’re investing in a healthier planet for future generations.

🎉 We’re honored to share that the City of Costa Mesa, CA awarded us a commendation for supporting the local community and being the city’s largest employer! 🌟 Members of our executive leadership and our Public Affairs team accepted the recognition from Mayor John Stephens on stage at the city’s Independence Day celebration, attended by over 8,000 people. 🙌 As presenting sponsor for the second year, we also hosted a booth where we handed out 3,500+ traffic safety materials and chatted with families about our upcoming Dare to Prepare teen driving workshops. 🚗📚

💡🤓 On July 30, we hosted Round 2 of our Summer Smarts Trivia Battle, and our employee teams came ready to impress! It was a fun-filled showdown of quick facts, clever guesses, and serious trivia talent. 🧠✨ Best of all, every dollar raised supported Junior Achievement USA, an organization that empowers young people with the knowledge and skills they need to take charge of their economic and educational futures. 🎓💪 Thank you to everyone who played a part in making a difference! 💙
