🎄Our employees in Missouri made the holidays brighter for hundreds of families throughout the Midwest. 🧺📦In the St. Louis area, thousands of canned goods and boxes of food were donated to Kirk Care in Kirkwood municipality, while the Springfield branch office gathered food for the American Indian Center. 💌Employees also sent holiday cheer to hospitalized children through card-making events, creating hundreds of cards with messages of hope and joy.

Our employees in Texas and New Mexico recently put their paid volunteer time into action, donating their time and their expertise to help build homes for those in need. Through our annual benefit of 8 hours of paid time each year to volunteer, employees are empowered to give back in meaningful, hands-on ways. 🔑🛠️Habitat for Humanity is one of our most popular partners. Through multiple build events, across many states, our employees have rolled up their sleeves to directly help underserved families achieve home ownership. It’s a powerful reminder that when we invest in our people, giving them time to serve, the impact reaches far beyond the workday.

🤝January is National Mentoring Month, a moment to recognize the people and experiences that shape careers. 🎓Through our AAA University, mentoring is built into how we grow, with opportunities for mentorship woven throughout our learning and development programs. 🌱When our employees grow, so does everything we do.

💕 Our MyClubCares Season of Giving campaign made the season brighter in so many ways! 🤝 Throughout the month of December, our generous employees gave back to our communities, virtually and in person. We partnered with Toys for Tots, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, and Feeding America to help provide for those who may be in need. 🙋♂️ 📋 We also invited employees to give the Gift of Time by volunteering – and to help make that happen, our employees get 8 hours of paid volunteer time a year.

🙌 We recently held our annual Business Resource Group (BRG) Leadership Summit, which gave our BRG leadership team members a chance to meet, go over best practices, and plan for 2026. 🙋♀️ 👥 BRGs are a vital part of our Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) initiative. They provide leadership, support, information, and expand the reach of our organizational communities. We’re proud of our BRG leaders and all they do for our organization!

By standing side by side with hundreds of local residents, our teams helped create a powerful visual statement, one that elevates awareness and encourages meaningful action.
