America’s Communications Association (ACA Connects)

I was honored to represent America’s Communications Association (ACA Connects) at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) Annual Institute on Telecommunications Policy and Regulation on a panel discussing recent developments in the media landscape -- yeah, there have been a few of those. I shared the perspective of independent cable and broadband providers who have made tremendous investments to deploy the networks of the future while continuing to face an outdated, imbalanced regime for broadcast carriage that harms consumers, and that will only get worse with more industry consolidation.
