  • Every great hospital has a steady center. In our network, it’s our 200-plus Practice Managers. We see what they make possible every single day. They truly turn personalized care into action. They keep care moving so doctors focus on medicine, they empower teams to grow, and ensure pets are seen when it matters. Whether it's finding room for urgent cases, removing friction for clients, coaching new teammates, or building the culture their hospitals run on, our communities are stronger because of them. Their leadership shows up in many moments that add up to great medicine. Know a PM who makes a difference? Join us in celebrating them this Practice Manager Appreciation Week! Tag them below and help us celebrate the people who keep veterinary medicine running strong every day.

  • Today, we pause to honor the veterans among in our hospitals, our Support Center, in the communities we serve, and across our country.   Your courage, discipline, and sense of duty inspire us every day. You’ve led lives built on service. You run toward challenges, steady those around you, and take care of your teams. That spirit is something we see reflected every day across our hospitals in how we show up for one another, for our clients, and for the pets entrusted to our care.   To every veteran, and to the families who stand beside them, thank you. Your service makes possible the freedoms and opportunities we often take for granted. We’re proud to stand alongside you today and every day. Thank you for your service. Happy Veterans Day.

  • We’re transforming what it means to build a veterinary career at our hospitals so doctors can do their best work for pets and the communities we serve. We’re creating a place where veterinarians are supported at every stage, from their first day in practice to their next chapter in leadership, ownership, or retirement. 🐾 Ashlee Redmond joins us as Vice President of Veterinary Career Development and Success to sharpen our focus on growth, mentorship, and long-term support across our network. With nearly 20 years of experience leading doctors and elevating clinical teams, and a passion for mentorship and team success, she’ll help design programs that let veterinarians grow, lead, and thrive while delivering personalized care to our clients and pets. As part of our Veterinary Leadership Team, Dr. Redmond will partner across AmeriVet to provide mentorship, expand learning, and create clearer individualized paths for every doctor to shape their future - and, in turn, the future of care in their communities. 🎉Welcome, Dr. Redmond!

  • Practice Managers are the heartbeat of our hospitals. They’re the leaders who keep teams connected and our mission alive in the 197 communities we serve.   At their Regional Summits over the past few weeks, we saw that leadership in action. Hundreds of PMs from across the country came together to share ideas, solve real problems, and build stronger ties to strengthen our focus on providing high-quality, personalized care for pets.   To our PMs: Thank you for your energy, candor, and collaboration during these Summits. You lead with compassion, drive change, and make excellent medicine possible every day.

We’re becoming the leader in high-quality, personalized veterinary care—rooted in the neighborhoods we serve. And it reflects what matters most: our teams—the healers, advocates, and neighbors who enrich our communities every day. At AmeriVet, we are proudly and passionately.... Rooted in community. Personalized by pet. United by care

  • With deep sorrow, we share the news of the passing of Dr. Cary Brenner from Fieldstone Veterinary Care. For nearly three decades, Dr. Brenner devoted his life to the health and well-being of animals, offering compassionate care and trusted guidance to both pets and the families who loved them. His dedication, warmth, and expertise continue to shine through the many lives he touched. Rest in peace, Dr. Brenner. Your kindness, dedication, and love for animals will never be forgotten. 💙

  • Last week, our AmeriVet Support Center spent the morning at the San Antonio Botanical Garden, working together to give the gardens some extra care. Together, they weeded, planted, and brought new life to several garden spaces. From 50 Muhly grasses to 550 marigolds, our team loved getting the chance to support the community. 🌱💚 #AmeriVet #TeamAmeriVet #AmeriVetCares #Volunteering #CommunitySupport #BotanicalGardens
