In the spirit of Giving Tuesday, our teams have been spreading kindness—hosting food, coat, and toy drives, sharing turkeys with the community, and supporting causes that matter. Every gesture, big or small, brings so much joy. Cheers to everyone showing what giving back truly looks like! 🙌 ✨ 🎁

This Thanksgiving, we’re serving up five-star ratings from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, excelling in Overall performance, Health Inspections and Quality Measures! Many of our facilities continue to maintain this high standard from previous quarters, reflecting their ongoing commitment to quality care. These achievements highlight the dedication or our teams, with every effort—from daily operations to clinical excellence—contributing to these results. Thank you to all our staff for your professionalism and outstanding work. Your impact makes a measurable difference in the lives of our residents and the communities we serve!

60 Aperion Care wound care professionals came together this month for our 10th Annual Wound Care Symposium, a day centered on learning, best practices and advancing clinical care. We recognized seven teams that achieved zero facility-acquired pressure ulcers in October, and honored Valencia Jefferson of Aperion Care Forest Park as Wound Care Coordinator of the Year. Valencia recently launched a program to identify residents at risk for skin breakdown and put a turning and repositioning plan into action across her team. Congratulations! 🎉 The event wrapped up with a fun raffle of VP of Clinical Services Kerry Garcia's favorite things, celebrating everyone’s hard work and dedication to quality care.
