Here's an update on a project we shared with you earlier this summer. Overnight on Tuesday, I-94 was closed East of the Red River in Moorhead due to the installation of an overhead sign that will hold new Direct Message Signs (DMS) for Eastbound and Westbound travel information. The 48,000 lb., 150' long structure was relocated from the Twin Cities region and is now east of the Moorhead rest area! #InTheFieldFriday

While our #InTheFieldFriday posts usually showcase outdoor work, this week takes us indoors to the Sanford Powerhouse project. Our survey crew is using the X9 scanner to create a detailed 3D map of the space, supporting the upcoming renovation. It’s a great example of how technology and expertise work together to guide complex projects from the ground up—no matter where “the field” happens to be.
