Made possible by a grant from Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative through the Denver Department of Public Health and Environment (DDPHE), we are thrilled to share that we will be able to increase access to fresh, nutritious, and culturally responsive food for youth residents and their families at the Mosaic Community Campus. With this funding, we will be able to expand our weekly no-cost food programs and purchase supplemental food, increase our nutrition education programming, and add a new on-site community garden. Arapahoe County is stepping up to address a 14,000-unit housing gap by introducing a three-tiered incentive program for developers.
