Arevon is excited to announce it has secured a $250 million tax equity commitment for the Kelso Solar Project in Scott County, Missouri! ☀️💸The transaction brings Arevon’s #solar and #energystorage project financings to $4.5 billion over the past two years. Arevon’s Chief Investment Officer Denise Tait said, “This substantial tax equity raise — among the largest in Arevon’s history — demonstrates Arevon’s strong financial stewardship and our successful track record in executing transactions that fuel the company’s continued growth. We are grateful to Wells Fargo as well as our other financial partners for their trust and unwavering support of Arevon’s aim to power an American energy future and deliver lasting community benefits in its project areas.” Thank you to our valued partners for supporting this transaction: Wells Fargo, Amis Patel Brewer, Stoel Rives LLP, Sheppard Mullin, Husch Blackwell, and BCLP. The $500 million, two-phase Kelso Solar Project is currently under construction, employing up to 450 workers and generating new business for local stores, hotels, and restaurants. Once fully operational in 2026, the project will increase the state’s installed solar capacity by nearly 50% and is projected to contribute more than $34 million to local governments over the life of the project, supporting schools, infrastructure, and first responders.
