20 years ago, the Atlanta Beltline TAD was created to help us fund what would become of the largest, most comprehensive urban redevelopment projects in the U.S. Since then, TAD revenue has helped us accomplish some pretty incredible things, including the completion of 13.6 miles of mainline trail and 12 miles of connector trails, the delivery of 470+ acres of new greenspace, the addition of 17.5 miles of improved streetscapes, funding to support 62,800+ new construction jobs, and the creation/preservation of 4,266 units of affordable housing. And that's just what we've accomplished so far. Thank you to our TAD partners at Atlanta Public Schools, City of Atlanta, and Fulton County Government for helping us make so much progress; there's much more work to be done.
