The Austin Powder Cleveland Headquarters Unveils Modernized, Collaborative New Office Space Austin Powder recently completed a full renovation of our office space, designed to do more than modernize walls and workstations. This transformation reflects who we are as a company: collaborative, forward-looking, and deeply connected to our history. The redesigned space improves flow and functionality, creates room for future growth, and brings teams together in a more open, engaging environment. Standout features include custom rock walls that honor our blasting heritage, a dramatic mining image spanning a 30-foot feature wall, expanded conference areas, and a flexible boardroom designed to support meetings, training, and strategic collaboration. The project was delivered while the office remained fully operational, allowing our teams to continue supporting customers around the world without interruption. Thoughtful upgrades—such as bottle-filling stations that track plastic bottles saved—also reinforce our commitment to sustainability and attention to detail. More than a renovation, this project represents progress and pride. It’s a space that tells our story, celebrates our people, and supports the work we do every day—designed for the present, inspired by our past, and ready for the future.
