Avet Pharmaceuticals Inc. is proud to announce the upcoming opening of its state-of-the-art, 2,000-square-foot, high-potency compound manufacturing facility in East Brunswick, New Jersey. This significant investment marks a major step forward for Avet to strengthen our domestic pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities, with a focus on highly potent compound finished dosage forms, including tablets and capsules. “The need to discover new and specific therapies is the driving force behind the advancement of high-potency compounds, which requires expertise and careful risk assessment to target severe diseases,” said Dr. Hiren Patel, General Manager.   The facility is equipped with advanced containment technologies, such as isolators, flexible enclosure systems and negative-pressure systems, designed to ensure the highest levels of employee safety, environmental protection, and cross-contamination prevention.   Avet will operate its high-potency compound manufacturing facility in accordance with rigorous quality standards, and the facility will be registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Avet is committed to full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and will implement stringent occupational exposure limits (OELs) and robust cleaning validation protocols to meet all regulatory requirements.   This facility will support Avet’s development and production of high-potency finished dosage forms, which are essential to the formulation of advanced therapies, particularly in the areas of oncology and immunosuppressant treatments.
