Most recently, he served as President & CEO of CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions and the CICOA Foundation, where he led a team of 250+ staff with a $40M operating budget. His work helped reimagine aging services across Indiana and included securing a $5M sustainability grant from Lilly Endowment Inc., launching Wrinkle Innovation, and building the Community Care Hub of Indiana (CCHI). At Bauer Family Resources, Tauhric steps into a role that aligns with his commitment to empowering children and families.
