Bax Engineering Company's in house resources include over 30 years of project files, as well as, the survey records of two previous St. Charles County firms. Bax Engineering Company has enjoyed steady growth from the beginning and is an industry leader today. Bax believes that a necessity to providing quality service is providing staff with the latest education and technology available for the performance of various tasks. This includes implementing the latest survey and enigneering software along with the necessary training to utilize the programs in the msot efficient manner. Bax also provides professional development opportunities for employees to ensure that they remain up to date on current practices in engineering and surveying. Turning a 0.29-acre parcel with floodplain restrictions, a creek, and limited access into a boutique bed-and-breakfast was a true engineering challenge. Bax Engineering provided surveying, site planning, and grading design to help bring Jaeger Haus to life. The team coordinated rezoning and Army Corps of Engineers approvals, designed a layout that fit every feature on the narrow site, and even bored under a main road to reach utility lines and install a fire sprinkler system. We’re proud to help transform a complex site into a one-of-a-kind destination in St. Charles County. 🔺

We’re thrilled to see Dan join the St. Charles Sunrise Rotary Club. This group’s commitment to service and collaboration reflects the values we bring to our work at Bax Engineering, and it strengthens our connection to the businesses and nonprofits that help St. Charles thrive.
I am excited to share that I was officially inducted into the St. Charles Sunrise Rotary Club. Over the past month I have really enjoyed getting to know the Sunrise Rotarians. They have been incredibly welcoming, and I am honored that they inducted me to represent my vocation as well as Bax Engineering within this chapter. I am looking forward to the camaraderie, the opportunities to serve our community, and learning more about the local businesses and nonprofits that present at our weekly meetings. It is a great group of people doing meaningful work and I am proud to be part of it.
