What a Summer!     This summer, our interns brought the sunshine to Beam Living. From diving into projects headfirst to sharing fresh perspectives that challenged us to think differently, they made a real impact on our teams and our community.    Beyond the day-to-day work, they filled our offices with curiosity, creativity, and plenty of good vibes. Last week, Beam Living team joined Blackstone, LivCor, a Blackstone Portfolio Company and other portfolio companies across the country to fight childhood hunger. We spent the day volunteering, helping pack and sort meals for families in need as well as serving those with food insecurities at different locations. It was a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish together when we act with purpose and compassion. Childhood hunger is a crisis we can all help address. At Beam Living, building community goes beyond the places we support — and we’re proud to support CoreGiving’s mission to end childhood hunger. Our 2025 Summer interns are making the most of their time at Beam Living, both in and out of the office! ☀️ This week, they explored the new renovations and amenities at Kips Bay Court, all while getting a tan on the stylish new resident sundeck and courtyard. It’s all part of giving our interns a feel for the vibrant communities we manage and thoughtful living experiences we create. Back to work interns! 😊

The Beam Women’s League closed out June with a beautiful reminder of community, connection, and women lifting each other up. After an inspiring Q&A with our president, Yulia Yutsis, (Hosted by Co-chairs Jessica Warfield & Kaitlin Nemeth) we ended the evening by creating a mural filled with positive words from everyone in the room.
