He loves working at a company that truly values innovation—ideas are always welcome! Overall, the best part is the people. Being surrounded by talented, supportive, and collaborative coworkers makes work a fantastic place to be. Outside of work, Josh is a new dad, and for the past six months, his main hobby has been spending time with his sweet daughter! He and his wife also share their home with two golden retrievers 🐾 who soak up any extra attention. When he finds a free moment, Josh loves hiking, kayaking, and enjoying all the outdoor activities Arkansas has to offer.
