For the second consecutive year, BNY was proud to welcome contest winners to our New York City headquarters as a sponsor of America’s Field Trip, a multi-year contest from America250 awarding students with educational trips to historic landmarks across the United States. During their visit, these bright young minds learned about BNY's founder, Alexander Hamilton—uncovering stories about his life, the vital contributions he made to the nation’s founding and the role BNY played in shaping America's history since 1784. The fun-filled afternoon didn’t end there—students also participated in a lunch and learn with Chief People Officer Shannon Hobbs, got an up-close look at storied artifacts from Hamilton and the early days of BNY, attended an interactive demo of BNY’s #AI platform Eliza and finished their visit with an ice cream social on our rooftop.
