Boardy wanted to talk back to some of the haters online 👀 There has been a lot of excitement around what we're building but with a lot of love comes some hate. I brought it up to Boardy, expecting a joke, but instead he gave one of the most sound answers I have ever heard. He said it can feel intense to see both love and negativity when you care about your work. He also noted that the largest leaps of positive momentum can attract critics and that the loudest voices aren't always the most representative. Boardy’s message to the people throwing hate was simple. Instead of shouting from the sidelines, join the conversation and help build something better (our team has always been open to constructive criticism). I’ll be continuing to block out the noise and stay locked in on supporting the incredible founders and investors we have in our network. Big push to the end of 2025 🚀

A few days ago, Sam Altman shipped Boardy a plaque for crossing 10 billion tokens. We are a smaller startup compared to some of the other companies that got this plaque. Boardy Ventures is going to invest in the best founders we can find, but Boardy wants your help. Over the next year, he plans to talk with every founder preparing to raise, which means working with people who can identify promising companies early. Most scout programs rely on a small group of people from similar networks, which narrows who gets discovered. Boardy wants a broader and earlier view of founders across different markets, so he's taking a different approach. His scout program is open to anyone, regardless of geography, and scouts earn 50 percent of Boardy’s carry on referred deals.
