D began his journey with BRG at Fox Run on July 8, 2022. Since transferring to Deercross on May 13, 2024, he has quickly become an invaluable member of the team, making a lasting impression through his dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic. From the moment he clocks in to the end of each day, D gives 100%—consistently going above and beyond. He is not only respected by his teammates but also deeply appreciated by residents. His pride in his work is evident in everything he does—from flawless drywall repairs to the thoughtful handwritten notes he leaves behind after completing service requests. Earlier this year, D earned his HVAC certification and has since played a key role in completing A/C repairs in-house, helping reduce the need for outside contractors and increasing overall efficiency. Over the past 16+ years, she has made her mark at Steeplechase, Fox Run, and now Deercross, leaving a remarkable impression on each community she has worked at. Lucy is not only dependable and loyal; she has a genuine passion for customer service and sales. When you think of outstanding customer service and someone who goes above and beyond to keep our communities rented, Lucy is the first person that comes to mind.
