What a week! ✨   Last week was a busy (and incredibly fun) one for BridgePhase! We officially moved into our new office, kicked off two days of leadership meetings filled with collaboration and great discussions, and came together for our All-Hands meeting with team members joining locally, travelling in, and virtually!   We celebrated our 2025 company recap, welcomed new hires, recognized special work anniversaries and milestones, and shared exciting mission, project, and pipeline updates - along with a few well-deserved shoutouts.   To wrap up the day, we enjoyed tacos from The Roaming Coyote 🌮, amazing drinks from Hailey’s Bar Garden 🍹, and plenty of games (including the fan-favorite golf simulator 🏌️) to reconnect and recharge.   We’re so thankful for everything we’ve accomplished this year and even more excited for what’s ahead.
