A special thank you to the EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants Philanthropic Committee for organizing a school supply drive for BronxWorks students! Throughout the summer, the Philanthropic Committee worked with their colleagues across the country to send brand new school supplies and backpacks to BronxWorks. Members of the Committee joined with BronxWorks staff to organize the donations and stuff the backpacks. We truly appreciate our partnership with EPIC and their support of our youth programming!

Alexandra Francis, Executive Vice President, Homeless Services and Supportive Housing, represented BronxWorks at a rally that took place on Monday at Lincoln Hospital, led by NYS Governor Kathy Hochul and U.S. Congressman Ritchie Torres (pictured here with Alexandra). The event focused on the state's response and initiatives aimed at responding to recent federal legislation and pending programmatic cuts. BronxWorks is grateful for our partnership with our elected officials as we strive to support the community and, especially, our most vulnerable neighbors.
