Engineered for rapid deployment, flexible integration, and high fault-current withstand. • Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) – Programmable and manually operable, UL 1008 compliant, enabling seamless and fail-safe source switching. • Static Transfer Switches (STS) – Microprocessor-controlled with <16 ms transfer between independent sources. Available from 400 A to 1,600 A, designed and tested to UL 1008S standards, providing seamless redundancy for Tier III and Tier IV critical environments. • Power Distribution Units (PDUs) – Compact, modular systems with branch-circuit monitoring, harmonic filtering, and multi-protocol communications (Modbus, SNMP, BACnet, MQTT). • Remote Power Panels (RPPs) – Up to 84 circuits with intelligent branch monitoring, breaker shunt trip, and optional IR windows. Optimized for 415/240 V, 3-phase, 4-wire architectures. • Medium Voltage Switchgear – Custom-engineered 5–38 kV systems, offered in both Metal-Clad (ANSI C37.20.2) and Metal-Enclosed (ANSI C37.20.3) designs. Configurations from 600 A through 3,000 A, supporting utility metering, advanced relay protection, and field-configurable bus arrangements. • Metal-Clad Switchgear – Compartmentalized with draw-out vacuum circuit breakers, arc barriers, and isolated bus compartments. Ideal for high-reliability applications where serviceability and personnel safety are critical. • Metal-Enclosed Switchgear – Compact, cost-effective construction with fixed-mounted breakers or interrupters. Well-suited for industrial and utility applications where space efficiency and ruggedness are priorities. The culture we’ve built in-house here at Butcher Power Products has always been our foundation. For a long time, we hesitated to bring on remote employees...not because of doubt in their abilities, but because we worried we couldn’t maintain the same connection that makes our team special. Like with everything else at BPP, we trusted that if we moved with intention, anything would be possible. Today, we’re proud to say our culture extends beyond walls and addresses. Every team member, no matter where they sit, is an integral part of our success. We make it a priority to celebrate their contributions and ensure that even when they’re not physically in the building, they feel connected...because they are. Through every build and every step forward, they’re right here with us. Thank you Dhruv Panchal for being a part of this journey...we are beyond grateful and glad it shows.

Our people are the most important thing to us here at Butcher Power and the safety of said people goes hand in hand with that value. Because of this we approach safety differently...instead of treating it just as an allowance we turned it into an event. On Friday, Beck's Shoes rolled up to our Trade Center facility with a fully stocked truck carrying more options than one would have ever known existed. Each team member was able to try on, get fitted, and select footwear that matched their style and met their safety needs. With our manufacturing and assembly facilities operating out of separate buildings, building a connected culture takes intentional effort. This event gave us the perfect reason to bring everyone together…to truly BE in the company of our company. Of course, no gathering is complete without great food and music. Our resident BBQ master, Woody, treated us all to tacos (because really, what’s better than tacos?). Laughter, conversation, and a little 90’s playlist infused dance party in the parking lot made it clear: this was the perfect kickoff to a new series of monthly BPP events. While footwear may not be needed every month, connection absolutely is. Creating space to be together, celebrate each other and recharge as a team is what strengthens the culture we’re so proud of. A huge thank you to Jeff Essex, our Safety & Compliance Manager, for organizing this event with Becks Shoes and, more importantly, for the way you consistently show up for every member of our team.

We’re excited to share that Sacramento Business Journal recently profiled our CEO, Tom Butcher highlighting his vision, grit, and the story behind Butcher Power Products. What started with Tom having nearly everything he owned has quickly grown into a thriving company of 80+ employees, two Sacramento-area facilities, and the ability to deliver custom switchgear in just 4–6 weeks...compared to the year-long delays seen elsewhere in the industry. As Tom shared: “I’ve been selling switchgear all my life, and for many years it might as well have been ice cream cones.
