About us
Carrollton Springs is a 78-bed psychiatric and chemical dependency facility located on a beautiful campus in Carrollton, Texas. We provide inpatient and outpatient treatment services to adults suffering from the effects of mental illness and/or addiction. We also offer outpatient treatment for adolescents. In addition, Collin Springs, a Carrollton Springs facility in McKinney, Texas, is a 72-bed treatment center delivering exceptional mental health and substance use treatment for youth ages 5+ and adults 18+, including geriatric care.
