No one has the ability, nor should they attempt to face their hurts on their own. Celebrate Recovery is a beautiful community of strugglers that courageously enter this safe and beautiful space to get honest about our pain, and the negative ways we may see ourselves, God and others. In this process we come to accept that some of the habits we may have developed to escape our pain has caused destruction in our life and those close to us. Celebrate recovery is a biblically balanced approach to help bring sustainable recovery and healing to our hurts. It guides us toward new healthy truths and life-giving habits as we repair our broken relationships. I remember the faces of those I have helped and the tears of the families who didn't make it. I know it's a tough conversation. Most Recently, I was shocked and honored to hear that one of the ones I was able to save wanted to thank me in person. Have you ever had an out-of-body experience? Yes, hitting Conference in sales was amazing. Then doing it again as the team of the year 2 twice in a row was even sweeter, but this is something that I didn't think was possible for me. The tools that I have gained through Paychex are so life-changing. I love this company so much. I tell everyone that my life has changed for the better since I joined Paychex. I had an amazing opportunity to shared on stage with over 3,000 people at the Celebrate Recovery Official Summit Revival at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California. I shared my heart, faith, and transformation while Jesus Christ continues to lead the way. It was such a surreal feeling. Hearing the applause 👏🏽 and feedback brought out those happy tears. Then, the next day, I shared again, not once but twice. The First Topic was how to get the word out within the community, at your church, and how to partner with different organizations and Government agencies too. The second topic was how to build your team and view things with a new set of lenses while we adjust in an ever-changing environment. The feedback that I received, i.e ✅️Comfortable speaking in public ✅️Direct and Clear ✅️Great Storyteller ✅️Trailblazer When asked where I learned all of this, I mentioned what I had gained at Paychex. All of these years of learning how to break things down in a different setting were a game-changer, along with stepping out of my comfort zone by taking Toastmasters International for a few years. I have a few more speaking engagements for the rest of the year. My goal is to share the miracle and help someone else unlock their prison by showing them that change is possible and saying that I see them and that they matter! #Faith #Community #Leadership #MentalHealth #YouMatter
