At Celldex, collaboration and curiosity show up in all kinds of ways, including a growing, cross-office puzzle hobby. What began as a fun break during coffee runs and lunch hours has become a friendly challenge across teams. From 300 to 2,000 pieces and themes ranging from mushrooms to 3D builds, no puzzle is too ambitious for us. It’s a good reminder that problem-solving and teamwork are part of our culture, whether in the lab or around the puzzle table. 🧩

We're pleased to share new Phase 2 data demonstrating sustained efficacy and a well tolerated safety profile over a 20 week treatment period for barzolvolimab in two of the most common forms of chronic inducible urticaria (#CIndU), cold urticaria (ColdU) and symptomatic dermographism (SD). Barzolvolimab is the first therapy to succeed in a large study for chronic inducible urticaria, bringing new hope to patients living with relentless itching and hives. We're excited to announce positive data from the ongoing Phase 1 study of CDX-622, a novel bispecific antibody that targets two non-redundant, complementary pathways implicated in inflammation and fibrosis—mast cell depletion via stem cell factor starvation and neutralization of the alarmin thymic stromal lymphopoietin (#TSLP). We're proud to continue leading the field in therapeutic targeting of mast cells with promising data from the first stem cell factor neutralizing antibody to be studied in humans. "I think even as a provider myself, there have been moments where I have not fully gauged how anxiety-provoking and emotionally challenging it can be to have chronic urticaria." We sat down with doctors who work directly with people facing the unseen challenges of living with chronic spontaneous and chronic inducible #urticaria: poor mental health, intense emotions and lack of stability in relationships and work. Drs. Michael Cameron, MD FAAD, Sarina Elmariah & Daniel Soteres answer the hard questions about working with an often unseen and misunderstood community below. #UDAY2025

Yesterday, we used our voice to advocate for those living with #urticaria and the exasperating symptoms it often causes. Today, we're elevating the voices of clinicians who face those challenges with their patients head-on. Listen below as Drs. Michael Cameron, MD FAAD, Sarina Elmariah and Daniel Soteres share insight into their experiences navigating #CSU and #CIndU alongside those they serve. #UDAY2025
