  • We extend our sincere thanks to First Citizens Bank for their generous $15,000 contribution in support of Operation Exploration (OE) Camps. Your investment plays a vital role in empowering youth from diverse and often underserved backgrounds—including youth with disabilities, youth of color, homeless youth, and those who are economically disadvantaged—to engage in meaningful career exploration and skill-building. Through your support, OE Camps will continue to provide life-changing experiences that help young people gain confidence, explore career pathways in healthcare and the trades, and contribute to their communities through service-learning projects. Together, we are opening doors to brighter futures.

We’re proud to share that Jodi Lee was recognized by Buffalo High School on Monday night, May 12, 2025, as this year’s Friends of Education award recipient! Each year, Buffalo High School honors a community member who has made a meaningful impact on students, and this year, no one is more deserving than Jodi. The nomination highlights that Jodi has been a passionate advocate for youth workforce development through her work with Central Minnesota Jobs and Training Services (CMJTS). From YouthBuild to summer career camps to paid community work experiences, Jodi has opened doors and inspired futures. Her programs do more than teach skills—they help students find purpose, belonging, and the confidence to share their stories and lead with pride. Jodi’s dedication to student success and community connection exemplifies the true spirit of service. Buffalo High School is honored to work alongside her—and thrilled to see her receive this well-earned recognition. Congratulations, Jodi! Your impact is felt far and wide. CMJTS is proud to call Jodi one of our family!
