We were honored to be part of KPMG US's Community Impact Day! A huge thank you to Julie Luecht and Mary Catherine Graham for inviting the American Cancer Society Houston team to join this meaningful initiative. KPMG's culture of encouraging employees to give back to the community is truly inspiring. We were especially touched by the heartfelt cards their team created for guests at Hope Lodge Houston. These "love notes" will provide comfort and encouragement to patients and caregivers when they need it most. We are so grateful for this partnership and for Julie's leadership as Chair of the CEOs Against Cancer - Greater Houston Chapter. Thank you for all you do to support our mission! #KPMGCommunityImpact #CommunityImpactDay #AmericanCancerSociety #HopeLodgeHouston #CEOsAgainstCancer #KPMG

Grateful for the leadership of Phillips 66 66 and CEO Chapter member Mark Lashier in making this possible.
Director of Corporate Relations | Passionate about forging impactful partnerships in the non-profit sector.
Fueling the Journey: Thanks to the generosity of Phillips 66, cancer patients staying at Hope Lodge Houston have access to safe, reliable transportation to and from their treatment at no cost. Yesterday, we celebrated the launch of the new Phillips 66 co-branded shuttle van with our guests, partners, team members, and community champions. As a token of our gratitude, we presented Phillips 66 with an official Certificate of Appreciation from Houston City Council Member Julian Ramirez in recognition of their incredible support. The shuttle van is more than just a vehicle. It represents compassion, care, and the power of partnership to ease the burden of cancer for patients and their families. We are grateful to the teams at Phillips 66 and the American Cancer Society - Texas who made this possible, and to every guest at Hope Lodge whose courage inspires us every day.

Last night, we had the incredible privilege of celebrating with some of our most impactful volunteers and supporters at the Champions Against Cancer Celebration - an evening dedicated to recognizing the people and partners who make our mission possible. One of the highlights of the night was presenting the inaugural CEO Chapter Member of the Year Award to Rob Stevens, Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Oxy, in recognition of his extraordinary leadership, generosity, and heart for the mission of the American Cancer Society. Congratulations Rob! And thank you for leading by example and showing what it means to be a true Champion Against Cancer.
