Beaver Nuggets are here! 😋😋 We're proud to bring Buc-ee's, Ltd. to Texas A&M University, where students can now pick up iconic products from the iconic Texas chain. This one-of-a-kind partnership makes Texas A&M the first college campus with a Buc-ee's, supporting a dining experience with student-loved brands.
From Beaver Nuggets to beef jerky, Buc-ee's products have officially made their way to Aggieland. As the first university in the country to partner with the iconic Aggie-owned and operated travel center enterprise, more than 45 of the Texas brand’s favorite snacks and merchandise will be available at Aggie Express Commons, Aggie Express Hullabaloo and Creekside Market through Aggie Dining beginning Aug. 20. Student feedback drives every part of our dining programs, especially new renovations. At the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, our teams were hard at work over the summer revamping a retail space to answer student feedback. 🛠️🛠️ 50% of guests had let us know that they needed grab-and-go options, while commuter students asked for closer, more convenient dining options near commuter parking. The result was a transformed Upper Prospector, a space for guests to try a new variety of grab-and-go meals, from milkshakes and quesadillas at The Oasis Cafe to fusion flavors with halal ingredients at The Halal Shack . Conveniently located by the commuter lots, Upper Prospector answers the needs of many guests in one thoughtfully designed community hub. 🎉🥳🎊

Chef Jason Hilgers of Northwestern University served up a remarkable achievement: taking second place and earning an American Culinary Federation gold medal at the 2025 NACUFS Culinary Challenge! 🔥 Chef Jason showed his knack for culinary creativity with his dish: pan-roasted herb chicken with onion raisin chicken liver, braised chicken leg, lentil, arugula, crispy chicken skin, and a frisee herb salad, all drizzled in a white port chicken jus.
