The Choctaw Nation (CNO) is a Bell Seal Recipient at the Gold level for Workplace Mental Health by Mental Health America (MHA). 🏆 Only one in four employers meet the Bell Seal certification standards, according to MHA. This marks the second consecutive year CNO has received the Bell Seal recognition, advancing from Silver in 2024 to Gold in 2025. Bell Seal recipients complete a comprehensive 58-criteria application of workplace policies and practices that influence workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness programs. Recipients range from healthcare, financial, government, manufacturing and other industries of all sizes. Employers with Bell Seal certification understand that time, investment, and collaboration at all organizational levels are needed to support workers' mental health and well-being.
