Proud to announce the launch of Community Advantage Plus! It's the first Medicare Advantage plan managed right here in Imperial Valley for residents with both Medicare and Medi-Cal. Coverage begins January 1, 2026. What makes this different? It's built around how care should actually work: medical, behavioral and social services all talking to each other, coordinated by a bilingual team from the community. That local connection matters. This plan came together through California's CalAIM initiative and we're proud to bring it to Imperial County through CHPIV. It means people here in the Valley can get quality care close to home, in their language, without the usual runaround. We recently earned NCQA accreditation as we're expanding what we can offer the community — it's good to have that validation as we take this step forward.
