    Christie Lites, along with the entire entertainment and lighting industry, are mourning the loss of a true legend. Our dear friend and colleague, Denis, passed away this weekend surrounded by his loved ones. Known for his vibrant personality, Denis made a name for himself in the industry as a touring tech and then Rep whilst at Canadian company ETI back in the 80’s, before joining Christie Lites in its earliest days in 1994. He was a friend and mentor to so many, always willing to help and forever inspiring others in the industry. Working with the likes of Sex Pistols, The Clash, Dream Theatre, Anne Murray and most notably one of his biggest loves - the Junos Awards. Denis will be missed tremendously by his Christie Lites family, and our thoughts and prayers are with his son Matt and his extended family and friends at this time.
