We’re celebrating an exciting new chapter at CIC! Join us in congratulating Denyse Medlenka as she steps into the role of CEO and Timothy Rowe as he transitions to Executive Chairman, along with Michelle Ottey, PhD, who will be taking on the role of President, CIC Campuses, and Víctor Mulas, who will be taking on the role of President, CIC Catalyst.
I’m excited to announce that, effective today, our here-to-for President Denyse Medlenka will take on the role of CEO of CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center), and that I will take on the new role of Executive Chairman. As President, Denyse has led the company’s day to day operations with exceptional skill. During her tenure Denyse provided extraordinary leadership and has been instrumental in shaping CIC’s strategy, structure, culture and financial performance. As CEO, she will position us for our next chapter of growth and impact. It has been my intention for some years to evolve my role to focus more exclusively on growth opportunities for CIC. With great achievements for the business this year, now is the right time to make this change. As part of this change we are organizing the company into two main business units: CIC Campus, that will focus on operating CIC campuses and labs in the five countries where we operate, and in several more to come, and CIC Catalyst, which will focus on supporting innovation stakeholders. As part of this, I’m pleased to announce that our colleague Michelle Ottey, PhD will take on the role of President, CIC Campuses, and our colleague Víctor Mulas will take on the role of President, CIC Catalyst.
