Fixing our streetlights requires more than swapping out a bulb. There could be a range of issues to troubleshoot. Some of San Diego’s streetlights run on a series circuit, similar to Christmas lights. If one light goes out, the whole block could go dark. We have electricians working hard to identify the problems and fixing them as quickly as possible. The City uses parking meter funds on much-needed repairs and maintenance, like getting these streetlights back on again. #SanDiegoAtWork
