Key Responsibilities: ·   Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and website content. ·   Support the Lifestyle Department in implementing innovative strategies to enhance membership engagement and growth. ·   Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative content that aligns with our brand and vision. ·   Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future efforts. ·   Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. ·   Help manage and update our social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. ·   Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for out-of-the-box marketing strategies. Qualifications: ·   Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. ·   Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques. ·   Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·   Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. ·   Creative mindset with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions. ·   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ·   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
