Yesterday, we officially broke ground on a 252,000 SF expansion at 201 Watkins Road with our partners, Great Lakes Capital! This marks Phase 3 of our development off I-94 at Exit 92, bringing a total of 774,000 SF of new Class A industrial space to Battle Creek.
