Our paralegals attended a well deserved night out to build community with other paralegals in Broward County! The event was hosted by BCBA to foster connection and engagement within the paralegal network. It was informal in nature and included invited vendors, such as chiropractors and marketing specialists. Overall, it provided a valuable opportunity to share experiences with colleagues in a relaxed, professional setting! Thank you for having us out!

CCLA was proud to co-host and facilitate this year’s Broward Human Trafficking Coalition Twentyfour-Seven Anti-Trafficking QR Code Outreach. This marked our third year participating in this important initiative, and we were truly honored by the strong turnout and collaboration—from local law enforcement to community providers all coming together with a shared goal. A special thank you to the Broward Human Trafficking Coalition for creating and leading this impactful annual outreach, and to the Nancy J. Cotterman Center for graciously hosting the training and delegation portion of the event. It is inspiring to work alongside dedicated partners committed to awareness, prevention, and support for survivors in our community.

Today, we stand in solidarity to raise awareness about human trafficking and the survivors impacted by this crime. By wearing blue, we show our commitment to ending trafficking and supporting victims on their path to healing. Our CCLA attorneys attended the YLS Breakfast with the Judiciary, an event that fosters meaningful dialogue and connection between the bench and the bar. Opportunities like this strengthen professional relationships and help us better serve our clients and community.
