[Our own way 🙌] “Never give up!” New beginnings in the face of disaster 🌹 Take a deep dive into the work that Sully-Miller Contracting Co., our subsidiary in southern California, USA, is carrying out following the devastating fires that hit Los Angeles in late January. In the northern part of the city, the Eaton Fire wiped out whole neighborhoods and damaged or destroyed over 10,000 structures. As Team Lead Bernardo explains, fifteen Sully-Miller teams are working at a pace of one to two days per lot, clearing out the debris from what used to be someone’s house and recycling the materials removed. Our subsidiary is doing its part to help the people here start to rebuild, and at some lots even leaving a rosebush behind. This means homeowners have something that inspires hope and new life when they eventually return. 🎬To see our teams in action, watch the video here👇 Colas USA #WeOpenTheWay #GettingThingsDone #WeActForCommunities

[Our highlights 💛] It's Safety Week at Colas! The safety of our employees, temporary workers, and subcontractors is one of Colas' core principles. It is a daily concern for our teams working on the 45,000 projects the Group undertakes each year around the world. Once a year, for one week, we invite the 64,000 employees of Colas to reflect on and discuss a specific safety theme. For Safety Week 2025, we have chosen to highlight shared vigilance, a collective safety approach where everyone looks out for one another. This rule of life is based on a set of altruistic and caring behaviors: ✅Observing and identifying dangerous situations ✅Daring to say what you think and knowing how to say it ✅Being open to receiving warnings from colleagues in order to improve From June 16 to 20, at all our sites in the 50 countries where we operate, activities, workshops, video screenings, and quizzes will be organized to raise awareness among our employees about shared vigilance and to help change their behaviors sustainably to achieve our common goal: "zero accidents!" Watch our awareness film, shot at the Saint-Selve facility \(a materials quarry near Bordeaux, France\) with Colas employees alongside professional actors and produced by DOOMI PRODUCTIONS with the agency Agence RJS #SafetyWeekColas #WeActForSafety #SafetyACT

  • 👷Let’s be safe together! This week, in collaboration with our international colleagues, Colas USA is participating in the annual Colas Group Safety Week. We can only achieve Goal Zero if we are always looking out for the safety of one another. Together, we can ensure all our employees can safely go home at the end of their workday. #ColasUSA #GoalZero #SafetyWeekColas

This April, we came together across offices in North America for our 2025 Equipment Recycling Drive. ♻️ From April 1–22, we had 22 participating offices with collection areas for employees to drop off small electronics like computers, monitors, tablets, phones, and accessories, all destined for proper recycling through our IT site sponsors. Why did we do it? Because 60 million tons of e-waste are generated globally each year—and only 17% is properly recycled. This drive wasn’t just about clearing out drawers—it was about aligning with our CSR goals, reducing our carbon footprint, and showing what’s possible when we act together. A huge thank you to all the site sponsors, organizers, and participants who made this initiative a success. Every device collected is a step toward a cleaner, more responsible future. We are excited to continue adding sites to next year's drive, let’s keep the momentum going! #Sustainability #EarthDayEveryDay #CSR #EwasteRecycling #Colas
