Today we celebrated the ribbon cutting for Pathways of Hope — a brand-new, innovative 50-bed transitional and healthcare clinic led by Copa Health in collaboration with AHCCCS and Arizona State Hospital. Thank you to the Copa Health team and to our CEO, Dr. Shar Najafi-Piper, for her visionary leadership in bringing housing and healthcare to our community. Pathways of Hope will give people with serious mental illness who have experienced extreme homelessness a safe place to call home for up to two years after state hospital discharge, with fully integrated healthcare and employment services.
