About us
Crossing Bridges Films is a boutique production company founded by sisters Antoneta and Sevdije Kastrati with Casey Cooper Johnson, born out of documentary work in post-war Kosovo. After producing dozens of award-winning docs and current affairs programs, the team moved to Los Angeles and all graduated from the American Film Institute. Their feature ZANA (2019) premiered at TIFF, became Kosovo’s Oscar entry, and secured worldwide distribution. With deep roots in journalism, documentary, and narrative filmmaking, Crossing Bridges Films creates grounded, emotionally resonant stories across film, TV, and branded content.
