The world's largest recruiter of remote full-time jobs, enabling world-class tech talent to qualify for elite jobs.
About us
Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014. We're the world's largest recruiter that specializes in elite full-time remote jobs, hiring the top 1% of tech talent from every corner of the planet. We find awesome talent in overlooked places, by posting jobs all over the world, and giving everyone an equal opportunity to prove their skills are world-class. Our system of AI-powered assessments is based on objective factors that are scientifically proven to predict high performance (e.g. cognitive aptitude). 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏𝐅𝐔𝐋 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐒: 🧑 Reviews from people we've hired: crossover.com/reviews 💼 Current openings: crossover.com/jobs 💎 Hire someone for your company: crossover.com/hire ♟️ How the process works: crossover.com/selection-process ❓ FAQs: crossover.com/help ~~~ 𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise. Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions: 1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters. 2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely). 3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs. It's hard, but it's worth it!

Trilogy needs a Lead AI Engineer who hates being handed a spec: $200k/yr | 100% remote | Hiring globally Scope: You won't be acting as a backend ticket-taker. You’ll talk to customers weekly, define the roadmap, and ship the AI that resolves support tickets without humans. No PMs. No middle-management. You own the AWS stack, the deployment, and the results. If you are a full-stack builder who wants to own the product - not just the commit history - apply right here: link.crossover.com/omq6

Not in real life. On my feed. Because for a while, I couldn’t stop scrolling TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts - and my algorithm kept serving me my daily hit of the domesticated apex predator. It was “just a few minutes”… until it wasn’t. I hate to admit how much of a problem it was becoming! So one day, my colleague Carla and I were talking about it (she wrote a whole piece about brain hacks for high performers - link in the comments). Her point landed hard: when work feels mentally expensive and the reward feels far away, your brain goes hunting for an easier payoff. And nothing pays faster than short-form video. So I stopped relying on willpower and changed the system: 1) Remove the easy reward during work Phone out of the room + shorts/apps blocked for 60–90 minutes + notifications off. 2) Replace it with progress Every morning I set 3 micro-goals so small they’re impossible to dodge. Finishing them creates momentum (and the craving drops fast). 3) Protect sleep No screens for the last hour before bed for a week. The next day became easier. That’s it. If you're on the same boat I was on, try this for a week and let me know how it goes.

Stop treating your calendar like a scoreboard. I used to work at a "remote" company that was actually just a series of back-to-back meetings. We spent more time talking about work than actually doing it. Now, I view a clear calendar as a competitive advantage. Async communication at Crossover isn't about avoiding people, it's about: - Recording updates so others can watch at 2x speed. - Replacing "real-time" pressure with "thoughtful" action. Here's a challenge for you next week: Cancel one meeting and send a video update instead. Your team will thank you.

We’ve run an async-first global team for over a decade. The concerns we hear from the outside are almost always the same - and they are almost always wrong. Here are the 3 biggest myths about async work (and the reality): 1. "It kills collaboration." Reality: It actually deepens it. Collaboration becomes intentional, not reactive. In an async culture, documentation is inevitable - every process, tip, and best practice is written down. No "unwritten rules." 💡 The hidden bonus? When you integrate AI, that documentation becomes a goldmine for training your models. 2. "It’s slow and inefficient." Reality: It removes the #1 bottleneck: scheduling. Progress doesn’t stall while waiting for a calendar slot. We dodge the meaningless status calls. People work when they are most productive - driving more speed, not less. There is no “circling back.” We just move forward. 3. "Company culture suffers." Reality: Culture is how we treat time. Putting individual productivity first and respecting one another's focus IS culture. It’s not performative. It doesn’t need forced "fun committees." It’s embedded in how we execute every day. Async isn’t just a policy for us. It’s the foundation for how we hire the best talent globally and deliver our best work. What’s the biggest misconception you’ve heard about remote work? Let’s discuss. 👇
