Last Friday, Decimal Engineering celebrated our annual Christmas party at House on the River. Our employees came together to enjoy amazing food, exciting raffles, and beautiful views of the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. It was a wonderful evening spent celebrating the season as a team.

We had some friends from the Friendship Circle visit us last week! They enjoyed a tour of our factory and then participated in a workshop where they assembled metallic red sleighs. They truly enjoyed the activity, and we loved the opportunity to teach them about manufacturing and career possibilities in the field.

Help us welcome Ana Maria Rodriguez, our new Business Development Manager! With decades of experience across government, manufacturing, and corporate leadership—and a passion for supporting small businesses—she brings incredible expertise to our team. Outside of work, she loves cooking, boating, volunteering, and spending time with her three sons.

We appreciate your partnership across machining, manufacturing, workholding, and finishing, and we’re grateful for the trust you place in our teams. Things got competitive at Decimal Engineering — and the results were legendary! Our team went head-to-head in this year’s Turkey Bowling Competition, and we had some amazing throws. Huge congrats to our top three turkey-tossing champions! 🦃🏆 Fun, laughter, and some serious turkey-rolling skills made it a holiday event to remember!
