On August 19th, we welcomed White Sands Missile Range Test Center Commander Col. Matthew Johnson, as we officially opened our new concrete production facility. AFRICA SHIELD 2025: Strengthening Counterproliferation Efforts Across Africa DTRA's ICP, along with the EU CBRN CoE and UNICRI, recently concluded AFRICA SHIELD 2025, a regional counterproliferation workshop held in Rabat, Morocco. This workshop brought together over 100 experts and officials from across Africa to address the growing threat of WMD/CBRN proliferation. Key areas of focus included strengthening border security, enhancing supply chain security, and improving detection and response capabilities for CBRN threats.
