He was quickly promoted to Field Training Officer and Field Supervisor soon after he joined Ambulnz's Southeast Pennsylvania team. He joined Ryan Brothers in 2019 and served as a CEVO instructor before advancing to paramedic licensure in 2019. Matthew continued to advance along the EMS clinical pathway achieving his critical care paramedic certification in 2024.
