About us
EmVenio Clinical Research, a Professional Case Management subsidiary, operates from U.S. and European headquarters with a team of approximately 5,000 professionals supporting clinical trials across more than 80 countries. Our community-based sites and mobile research services expand access for trial participants, while enabling sponsors and CROs to execute high-quality studies at speed and scale with clean, reliable data and consistent results. By bringing trials directly to patients in their homes, communities or places they gather, we enroll populations others miss, helping create a complete and more inclusive picture of human health. Our approach is grounded in empathy, expertise and close collaboration—bridging the gap between science and the people it serves because true progress only happens when research reflects the real world.

This week our marketing teams at EmVenio and Professional Case Management came together on-site in Denver to connect as a team and share ideas! We spent time exploring ways to amplify our voice and better serve communities - and then stepped out of the meeting room for a cooking class that reminded us collaboration happens everywhere (even in the kitchen!) Strategy matters, but relationships make it work. Grateful for a team that brings creativity, energy, and a sense of fun to the table - literally! #MarketingStrategy #ClinicalResearch #PeopleFirst #EmVenioImpact

🔦 Spotlight on another new IncluDE Steering Committee member: Jeff Huntsman, Chief Commercial Officer at EmVenio Clinical Research Jeff brings a clear and compelling vision to the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS) IncluDE Program: creating inclusive strategies that expand access and reduce barriers for underserved and underrepresented communities in clinical research. As he shares, what excites him most is "the opportunity to collaborate with likeminded individuals on expanding the reach for clinical research by focusing on creating inclusive strategies that will allow for underserved and underrepresented communities the opportunity to participate." Jeff's commitment to practical action—reducing barriers and expanding access—aligns perfectly with IncluDE's site-driven approach. The program has always been about meeting sites where they are on their journey and providing adaptable, real-world solutions that work across all patient communities. Through cross-industry collaboration with sites, sponsors, CROs, and service providers, Jeff will help advance the tools and strategies that turn intention into impact, ensuring clinical trials reflect the real-world patients they're designed to serve. Welcome to the Steering Committee, Jeff! We look forward to working together to expand opportunity and drive meaningful progress toward equity in clinical research. Happy Nurse Practitioner Week! 🎉 We asked one of our incredible NPs, Jennifer Holloway, DNP, AG-ACNP, to share what her work means to her: “Being a nurse practitioner in research is meaningful in a multitude of ways. It is most fulfilling to witness developing therapies give hope to those who did not previously see a solution on the horizon. Witnessing patients experience this joy and freedom is one of the greatest gifts!” Thank you to all the NPs who lead with compassion and connection, and for the excellent work you do each day to build trust and make a lasting impact in the lives of patients all around the world! #NPWeek #NursePractitionerWeek #CommunityResearch #HealthcareHeroes

Oncology trials are expanding – but access to research isn’t keeping up. In 2024, only 6% of new oncology trials incorporated decentralized elements, compared to 13% in metabolic disease studies. Yet with over 5,700 oncology drugs in development and a projected 77% increase in cancer cases by 2050, the need for scalable, patient-centric trial models has never been greater. We believe the future of cancer research lies in the community. Our latest article explores how hybrid and community-based approaches can help sponsors overcome enrollment challenges and study delays by broadening accessibility in oncology trials. Over the past few weeks, our team has been on the move - sharing insights, learning from peers, and deepening our commitment to community-first clinical research. From Boston to Barcelona to tribal lands in the U.S., we’ve been honored to participate in conversations that are shaping the future of clinical trials. We heard powerful stories from the frontlines about the operational realities clinical sites face, the importance of trust and outreach in historically underrepresented communities, and the impact of bringing trials directly to neighborhoods where people live and receive care. We shared how we're working to future-proof clinical sites, expand trial access through local engagement, and champion representation for all communities in research. These moments reaffirm our mission: to extend the reach of research by meeting people where they are through flexible trial solutions, collaborative community partnerships, and culturally responsive engagement. We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn, share, and grow alongside so many passionate leaders in this space. #ClinicalResearch #CommunityEngagement #HealthEquity #AccessForAll #EmvenioImpact
