Starting the wrap-ups of 2025, and this is a special one: our Endeavor Outliers Payments Peer Group. Today, we had our last session of the year. Since 2020, Tayo, Dario, Aldi and myself meet virtually every quarter to catch up, exchange business ideas, share challenges. As time went by, conversations got much more interesting, more intimate, and included personal and non payments related topics. A good level of trust was developed and I leave each call feeling inspired by these guys. All of us with our own lives, our own wins and struggles, in different corners of the globe. But somehow pushing each other forward with these little moments of shared experiences.
Aldi is an incredible serial entrepreneur from Indonesia, ran GoPay Indonesia for many years, and calls Jakarta home. Dario co-founded Satispay in Italy, ultra deep in prod and tech. He complains a bit about Milano, but I believe in the end he really loves the vibes. Tayo is a national reference for entrepreneurship in Nigeria, where he founded Paga Group Ltd. Lagos is home for him and his family, where he is energetic to the fullest. As for myself, I run EBANX from Curitiba, Brazil, also called home by hundreds of capybaras. Running global payments businesses, each of us ends up sending far more emails from airplane wifi than I ever thought.
As one can imagine, finding a time slot is not trivial. But Kriti is always there to help us out and put us on track. It is incredible that this group has not wound down with time, like many other peer groups do. I wish it stays on for another five years. And we can discuss more business, more life, more laughs. I also wish we meet more often in person, like we did a few times at Endeavor global events, like ISPs, Gala or Retreats.
Thanks very much, Nasim Novin, Kriti Sapra, and the Endeavor team, for the initial spark and also for facilitating this joyful cadence.
