About us
Milos is a pioneering hospitality group founded in 1979 by Chef Costas Spiliadis. It began as a small restaurant in Montreal, Canada, with the mission of elevating the sophistication of Greek cuisine abroad. The menu, always simple and impeccably fresh, drew the attention of the media and food critics from around the world. The New York Post triumphantly stated, “Milos fish could only be fresher if it swam to your plate!” Through almost four decades of intensive research, Milos has managed to build lasting relationships with local farmers, and small-scale fisheries along the shores of Greece, Cyprus, Morocco, Tunisia, and Portugal to fly in fresh fish and seafood daily. Today, you can find estiatorio Milos across the globe in cities such as New York, Athens, Las Vegas, Miami, London, Los Cabos, Singapore and Dubai. Milos also offers private yacht charters out of Greece (Milos at Sea) and a boutique hotel in Athens (Xenodocheio Milos).
