After 38 years with the bank, our chief executive officer, Amie Pala, announced her decision to retire, capping a lifetime of service to the Farm Credit System. Her steadfast commitment, tireless dedication, and strong legacy of service to the mission and people of Farm Credit will remain a lasting foundation for the future. While we’ll miss Amie around the bank, we are grateful for her leadership over the years! We were honored to join AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, ArborOne Farm Credit, AgSouth Farm Credit, and the Farm Credit Council in supporting a National Black Growers Council (NBGC) recent event in Orangeburg, S.C. Part of NBGC’s Farm Field Days series, this event brought together row crop farmers to exchange insights, build networks, and advance sustainable agriculture. We’re proud to support NBGC’s mission to preserve land ownership and promote equity in farming through strong, lasting partnerships. The dinner was hosted by Isaac E. Bennett at his family’s Wobbly Duck Farm. Isaac retired at the end of 2024 after a distinguished 37-year career with the Farm Credit System.
