We love Trinity First Lutheran School! Throughout September, our Frauenshuh team collected school supplies across several of our properties to support the amazing students and staff at Trinity First Lutheran School in Minneapolis. A few of our team members had the privilege of delivering the donations and touring the school - and it was nothing short of inspiring. Trinity First’s mission to equip learners and share hope is something we deeply believe in. Their impact on the community is powerful, and we’re honored to continue to walk alongside them in support. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed! You’ve helped make the start of the school year brighter for some truly deserving kids.

We recently had the privilege of supporting Wings Credit Union in the successful disposition of excess properties in Brainerd and Minneapolis following relocations to New Brighton and Baxter.   Earlier this year, Wings made the strategic decision to relocate these branch locations with the support of Frauenshuh’s Corporate Services team. This insight-driven approach resulted in relocations that align closely with their overall strategy and growth objectives.   We’re thrilled to be part of their journey and proud to assist their team as they continue to evolve and succeed.

Puppies, yoga, and smoothies? Yes, please! This week, Metro Office Park got a serious dose of joy thanks to a visit from our furry friends at Spot’s Last Stop! Our tenants enjoyed a mid-day pick-me-up with Namaste & Play puppy yoga, refreshing smoothies from Smooth Move Smoothie Truck, and plenty of puppy snuggles. The event featured puppies from Spot’s Last Stop, a local canine rescue on a mission to find loving forever homes for homeless dogs. Every puppy at the event was up for adoption—except one lucky pup who had already found his forever family the night before! From downward dog to actual dogs, and smoothies to puppy treats, it was a perfect way to break up the workday. We love creating memorable experiences like this to show our appreciation for our amazing tenants.
